Before creating Consortio, Chris Viles had a career in industry and the business restructuring profession.
Chris has worked with dozens of businesses at an operational level, helping owners to improve performance and increase their income and free time. He brings a fresh perspective, gained through years of watching and helping different businesses overcome all kinds of obstacles.
That means getting stuck in, asking the difficult questions - looking deeper into opportunities, so difficult to see when your head’s buried in the day-to-day of running your business.
